Variety description

The variety is a compact, dense plant with a height of 27–40 cm and a crown diameter of 40–52 cm. The foliage is semi-evergreen or evergreen, with a rounded lobed shape. The color of the leaves changes from purple in young specimens to yellow-green with bright green veins and red spots at maturity.
The flower stalks are strong and bear white flowers with red tips on the petals, gathered in open paniculate inflorescences. Flowering continues from late spring to late summer or early autumn. The variety is adapted to USDA hardiness zones 4–9 and has increased resistance to heat and humidity.
The plant is prone to rhizome exposure with age, which requires periodic mulching or rejuvenation. It may be affected by weevils and nematodes. It is used as a ground cover plant, in borders, rock gardens, containers, and for cutting.
