The compact leaf rosette reaches a height of 23–25 cm and a width of 35–45 cm. The leaf blades have a rounded lobed shape, a wavy margin, and a characteristic marble or silvery pattern on a grayish-green background.

Flowering occurs in spring and early summer. Large, deep pink flowers are gathered in dense panicle inflorescences on upright flower stalks approximately 40 cm high.

The variety belongs to USDA hardiness zones 4–9. It prefers sites with lighting ranging from full sun to partial shade and well-drained, fertile, moist soils. It is used in landscape design for borders, rock gardens, and container plantings.
