Variety description

The variety forms dense clumps about 20 cm high, reaching 30–45 cm with flower stalks. The leaves are lobed, copper-bronze in spring, and acquire a milk chocolate shade with dark green inclusions and purple nuances for the rest of the time.
Flowering occurs from late spring to early summer with strawberry-pink paniculate inflorescences. The plant is a perennial evergreen, adapted to hardiness zones 4–9. It is relatively undemanding, exhibits moderate drought tolerance after establishment, and requires good air circulation.
