Variety description

The plant is an herbaceous perennial with upright stems 1.2–1.4 m high and 1.5–1.7 m wide. The three-lobed leaves are green with a creamy-white margin and a pinkish hue, which intensifies during cool nights.

Large flowers with a diameter of 18–20 cm are dark purple-pink; the buds have green and white stripes. Flowering begins in July and continues until early autumn. The variety has winter hardiness in USDA zones 4–9 and is resistant to lodging.
