Flowers of the Calypso Yellow variety are single, wide-open, and positioned horizontally. The coloration is bicolored, including yellow and reddish-brown or purple shades with a distinct zone of a different color. Petals overlap when opening.
Leaves are heart-shaped with an acuminate tip and a crenate margin. Stems are covered with gray bark, and the branching of the plant is medium. The variety is intended for cultivation as a pot or garden plant in tropical and subtropical climates.
