The variety is the result of a natural branch mutation of the Boreas hibiscus. The plant forms a compact, well-branching bush with a rounded crown, reaching 50–90 cm in height and up to 80 cm in width. The leaves are glossy, dark green, heart-shaped or oval, 5–9 cm in size.
Large flowers with a diameter of 8–18 cm have a lemon-yellow color with a contrasting cherry or dark burgundy spot in the center. Flowering occurs on current-year shoots, mainly from spring to autumn, with the flowers retaining their decorative quality for 3–5 days.
The plant is intended for growing indoors or outdoors during the summer period; it is not winter-hardy and requires maintenance at temperatures above +12°C. The variety needs bright lighting, regular moderate watering, and tolerates shaping pruning well.
