The variety is a decorative plant intended for pot and indoor cultivation. The plant habit is upright, with a height in pot culture of 45–75 cm. The leaves are dark green, egg-shaped with a pointed tip.

The flowers of the variety are simple, large, reaching 14–15 cm in diameter. The flowering period lasts from March to October. The plant prefers bright sunlight or partial shade, requires a moderate or high level of watering and regular feeding.
