The plant forms flower stalks from 40 to 75 cm in height. Each flower stalk produces 3–4 large, simple flowers with a velvety petal texture, colored in saturated tones of red and deep orange.

The variety is adapted for pot cultivation and interior decoration, and is also suitable for cutting. The flowering period falls in the winter and early spring months. The plant prefers bright, warm locations and well-drained soil.
