The variety is the first in Latvia developed using the doubled haploid method. The plant is characterized by a mid-late ripening period with a growing season of 85 to 90 days.

The variety possesses high resistance to net blotch and moderate resistance to powdery mildew. The thousand kernel weight is about 52 g with a high test weight of 670 to 710 g/l.
