The variety is mid-season, with a vegetation period of 74 to 89 days. The plant is of a short-stemmed or medium-height type with a height of 50–60 cm and possesses high resistance to lodging.
The variety shows resistance to helminthosporiosis, loose smut, powdery mildew, and rust. It belongs to the malting type, contains up to 10.2% protein, is characterized by high diastatic power, high free nitrogen content, low beta-glucan content, and low wort viscosity.
The variety was obtained as a result of crossing the parental forms KWS Eileen and RTG Planet. It is intended for the production of light types of malt.
