The variety was obtained as a result of crossing lines KWS B105 and KWS Cassia. The plant is short-stemmed, with a stem height of approximately 85 cm when using growth regulators; lodging resistance is rated as good. The specific weight of the grain is approximately 68.0 kg/hl.
The variety possesses resistance to barley yellow mosaic virus, but requires fungicidal protection due to susceptibility to net blotch and powdery mildew, as well as moderate resistance to scald and brown rust. The variety is intended for feed purposes and is adapted to the conditions of northern regions.
