The variety was obtained by crossing lines KWS 13/5141 and Embrace. The plant has a semi-erect growth habit and a medium-density ear; stem length is short to medium.
The variety possesses good resistance to lodging. It is resistant to a number of diseases, in particular to powdery mildew and scald (Rhynchosporium). It is characterized by high grain quality suitable for the production of malt and distillates.
