The variety belongs to the erect plant type. During agronomic trials, it was evaluated for key malting quality parameters, including thousand kernel weight, protein content, and grain germination energy.

It possesses high resistance to net blotch (Pyrenophora teres). In breeding programs, it has been used as a parent form for the development of other barley varieties.
