The variety is a two-row winter barley bred by crossing the varieties NSA10-0163-B and KWS Orwell. The plants reach a height of approximately 85 cm and are characterized by high straw stability, which ensures good lodging resistance. The variety is suitable for late sowing dates and possesses grain quality indicators with a high specific weight.
It possesses complex disease resistance. In addition to genetic protection against barley yellow mosaic virus, the variety demonstrates a medium to good level of resistance to powdery mildew, net blotch, rhynchosporium, and leaf rust.
