The variety is a spring two-row barley. In historical documentation and scientific literature, it is classified as an old breeding variety that was previously widely distributed in a number of European countries.
The plant possesses specific genetic features, including the presence of powdery mildew resistance genes Mla7 and Mlg. The variety was intended for feed purposes, and during its period of active use, it was characterized by a grain protein content of 12.3%.
Among agronomic features, good yield on light soils was noted, however, the variety exhibited a tendency for ear loss if harvesting was delayed.
