Ninfa is a two-row barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) variety recorded in Italian agronomic reference books. The company Apsov sementi is indicated as the originator or distributor of this variety.
The name Ninfa is found in the registers of other crops as well, including durum wheat (Triticum durum) and vegetable plants. This barley variety does not appear in the documentation of the Florimond Desprez breeding program.
