The variety was obtained by crossing Kr. 72310 × (Osk.4.1/1-70 × Carina). The plant has a shortened stem approximately 85 cm tall, which is distinguished by its strength and elasticity. The variety shows tolerance to common barley diseases.
Under optimal sowing conditions (400–450 germinating seeds per square meter), the variety is capable of forming up to 900 ears per square meter. The test weight is 76–82 kg/hl, and the thousand kernel weight varies from 42 to 47 g. Protein content exceeds 13%.
The recommended sowing period in Southeastern Europe falls in the second and third ten-day periods of October. To realize its yield potential, the variety requires adherence to agronomic practices, including fertilization and plant protection.
