The variety is a spring two-row barley that was considered in studies as promising for malting purposes. The plant is distinguished by its ability to accumulate significant biomass.
During agronomic trials, it was recorded that the variety possesses high resistance to flooding at the seedling stage, maintaining leaf viability longer than many other varieties. At the same time, high susceptibility of the plant to infection by the fungus Ramularia collo-cygni was noted.
