The barley variety Rosita was bred by the German company NORDSAAT Saatzuchtgesellschaft GmbH, which specializes in cereal crop breeding. In the early 2000s, it underwent registration and was listed in the official variety catalogs of certain countries, including Romania and Poland.
At present, the variety is considered historical and is practically not used in widespread commercial circulation. In available public databases and modern agronomic references, detailed morphological characteristics of the plant, data on parental forms, and intended use are absent.
