The spring barley variety Zdobutok belongs to mid-season varieties and has a plant height of 75 to 100 cm. The plant forms a semi-spreading bush with narrow dark green leaves without pubescence. The two-row ear is straw-yellow in color, tapers towards the apex, and reaches 7–9 cm in length.
The plant possesses high resistance to lodging. The variety is characterized by immunity to loose and covered smut, as well as low susceptibility to Helminthosporium diseases.
