The Boracay variety is characterized by a complex leaf pattern. Upon emergence, the foliage has a pale green color, which develops variegation in the form of a creamy-white margin throughout the season. The leaf size is approximately 19 by 15 cm.

Flowering of the Hosta variety Boracay occurs in June and July; the plant forms flowers of a lavender shade. The variety is decorative and is characterized by specialists as being a vigorous grower.
