The plant has a compact form and reaches a height of 90–120 cm. Large flowers with a diameter of 14–15 cm have a star-like shape. The color of the petals upon opening is purple-pink, transitioning as they mature into a pale pink shade with creamy-white nuances and a darker center; the stamens have a contrasting red color.
Flowering is abundant, occurring along the entire length of the stem in two waves: from May to July and again in September. The variety possesses good winter hardiness (zones 4–9) and heat tolerance. It prefers sunny locations or partial shade. It is recommended to prune the previous year's shoots to a pair of strong buds at a height of 15–20 cm in late winter or early spring.
