The rootstock is genetically an interspecific hybrid of Prunus persica, Prunus dulcis, and Prunus davidiana. The plant is not intended for fruit production; the trees are sterile.
This rootstock has low to moderate vigor and reddish leaf coloration. It exhibits resistance to root-knot nematodes, powdery mildew, waterlogging, and possesses moderate drought tolerance.
The plant is used for grafting peach, nectarine, almond, and plum, ensuring good compatibility with a wide range of varieties and contributing to the production of less vigorous trees.
