The variety belongs to the group of plants with spherical inflorescences. The height of an adult shrub is from 1.40 to 1.60 m. The color of the inflorescences is lilac, and the shade can vary depending on soil acidity. The plant possesses beautiful autumn foliage and inflorescence coloration, which allows it to be used in winter bouquets.

Winter hardiness of the variety is assessed as good, with survival at temperatures down to -18 °C. The plant is used for landscaping borders and creating hedges along walls with western or eastern exposure.
