Variety description

The plant has green stems and heart-shaped leaves, which have a dark purple-red hue at a young age. The bush type is more upright and compact compared to the Beauregard variety. The flowers are light purple with a darker throat.
The root tubers have pink skin and intense orange flesh. The variety has high resistance to southern root-knot nematode, Fusarium wilt, Fusarium root rot, and Rhizopus soft rot. It shows intermediate resistance to soil rot and is susceptible to Sclerotium rot.
