The BPPER06 variety, also known as Terra Occitana, has an elongated tuber shape. The skin is colored bright fuchsia pink, the flesh is white. After heat treatment, it retains a dense structure.
The flavor characteristics are reminiscent of hazelnut and chestnut. The variety is high-yielding. Successful cultivation requires air temperatures above +15 °C.
