Variety description

The vegetation period is 90–110 days. The plant forms vines up to 2 meters long with heart-shaped leaves. Tubers are uniform, possess high resistance to cracking, and may exude milky sap when sliced.

The flesh of the variety contains a large amount of beta-carotene and has a moist and sweet texture when baked. The variety is an industry standard in the USA and has derivative forms, such as the virus-free clone Beauregard Improved and the mutation O'Henry.
