The variety belongs to the bulbous iris group, characterized by flower stalk heights from 50 to 70 cm. The flowers have a pure white color, complemented by a yellow or orange spot on the lower petals typical of Dutch irises.
The plant prefers sunny sites with well-drained soils and possesses winter hardiness corresponding to USDA zones 5 and higher. The variety is traditionally used in commercial floriculture as a cut flower crop and is also used in landscape design for planting in mixed borders and container gardening.
