The tree is vigorous, forming a wide and spreading sparse crown that requires a significant area for development. The variety is characterized by mid-late to late bud break, which protects it from spring frosts. Crop ripening begins from the end of September.
The fruits are large, with a diameter of 37–47 mm, with a light-brown rough shell of medium thickness. The golden-yellow kernel completely fills the space inside the shell; the kernel yield is about 49%. The variety enters bearing 3–4 years after planting and is protandrous.
The variety has medium winter hardiness and good adaptability to various soil types, including arid ones. It may be susceptible to bacterial blight and anthracnose depending on growing conditions.
