The Kalanchoe blossfeldiana variety Katharos is characterized by the presence of white-colored flowers. Other morphological or agronomic characteristics of the plant, such as height, maturity group, or resistance indicators, are not presented in open sources.

The name Katharos is also etymologically associated with the genus Catharanthus; however, as applied to the Kalanchoe crop, it is defined as a variety name protected by plant breeder's rights.
