The plant has a compact habit, reaching 15–30 cm in height and 10–20 cm in width. The leaves are succulent, thick and fleshy. The red flowers are star-shaped and form umbel inflorescences.

The variety is intended for pot cultivation. It requires a bright location without direct sunlight and a well-drained humus substrate. The plant is sensitive to waterlogging, which provokes rotting. The variety is a short-day plant.
