The variety forms dense heads of a rich dark green color both externally and internally. The leaves have a succulent and crunchy structure, as well as a sweetish taste, providing good head filling.
The plant possesses complex resistance to diseases and pests, including high resistance to downy mildew (races Bl:29-31, 34, 36, 39, 40EU), Fusarium wilt (race Fol:1), and lettuce aphid (Nr:0). The variety is also resistant to leaf tip burn.
Intended for the fresh market and professional use. Due to its shape and lasting crunchiness, it is positioned as an alternative to Iceberg and Romaine lettuces for the preparation of various dishes.
