The variety belongs to the Butterhead lettuce type and is known under the code designation LS17647. The plant forms a large rosette with a large number of cover leaves and a well-closed lower part of the head, which simplifies the harvesting process.
The variety possesses high resistance to downy mildew (Bremia lactucae, race spectrum Bl: 16–35, 37–38, 40EU), lettuce aphid (Nasonovia ribisnigri, Nr: 0), and lettuce mosaic virus (LMV: 1). The structure of the rosette allows for cultivation in conditions where soil-borne infections are present.
Intended for cultivation in the open field. Produce is oriented towards the fresh vegetable market and the "IV gamma" segment, which includes washed, cut, and packaged ready-to-eat salads.
