The variety forms an upright rosette with large, fan-shaped, bright green leaves. The leaf blade surface is blistered, and the margin is wavy (scalloped). In the center of the rosette, the leaves may curl slightly.
The weight of a single plant varies from 300 to 400 g. The variety is intended for cultivation in open and protected ground. Leaves can be picked as they grow, and after harvesting, the crop maintains its marketability for up to 12–15 days.
The plant is distinguished by its ability to tolerate low temperatures and insufficient lighting.
