The variety forms a large rosette of dark red leaves characterized by blistering and distinct waviness at the margin. The vegetation period is 30–40 days, the average weight of one plant reaches 350–400 g.
The plant possesses resistance to bolting, internal necrosis and a number of diseases, including downy mildew (races Bl:17-22, 24-26, 32EU) and Fol:1. The variety is suitable for long-term storage, fresh consumption and processing.
