The plant forms a compact and tightly closed cylindrical head. The leaves have a characteristic spoon-shaped configuration with smooth, non-curled ribs, making the variety suitable for use as a portioned snack product.

The variety has high resistance to bolting, internal necrosis, and tip burn. Resistance to downy mildew races Bl:29-38, 40, 41, as well as to pathogens Fol:1 and Nr:0, has been recorded.
