The variety belongs to the Cos group (romaine lettuce) and is of the mini-gem type. The plant forms medium-green heads with moderately blistered (savoy-type) leaves. The variety is distinguished by high uniformity of plants in size and shape.
The plant is adapted for cultivation both in open field and in hydroponic conditions. The variety possesses a high degree of resistance to common pests and diseases, including downy mildew and lettuce aphid (Nasonovia ribisnigri).
