The semi-open type plant forms a dense, upright rosette with cylindrical-shaped heads that fill in gradually. The leaves have a rich dark red color, transitioning into a green shade.
The variety possesses high resistance to bolting, tip burn, powdery mildew (Bl:16–32, 34–37EU), Fusarium (Fol:1), and currant-lettuce aphid (Nr:0). The produce is intended for sale by the piece or as lettuce 'hearts'.
