The plant has a medium-diameter rosette and a thin leaf structure. One of the morphological features of the variety is the presence of black seed color.
The variety possesses resistance to downy mildew (Bremia lactucae). It also shows tolerance to marginal leaf burn and late bolting, which allows it to be grown in hot climate conditions.
