The variety forms a large, compact, open-type rosette with green leaves of a three-dimensional shape. When cut at the base, the plant separates into many individual ready-to-eat leaves. The variety is characterized by slow bolting.
Knox™ technology slows down the pinking of cut and broken areas, which extends the shelf life of the produce. The variety is suitable for the fresh market and industrial processing, adapted for mechanized harvesting.
The plant possesses high resistance (HR) to downy mildew (Bl:29-41EU) and currant-lettuce aphid (Nr:0). It shows intermediate resistance (IR) to lettuce mosaic virus (LMV:1) and Fusarium wilt (Fol:4), and is also resistant to internal tipburn (Pb).
