The variety is of the Crispy type with deeply serrated leaves forming a compact rosette. The leaves have a distinct crunchy texture and a three-dimensional structure. The plant is characterized by a vigorous, upright growth habit.
The variety is noted for its high growth rate and resistance to bolting, which allows for cultivation during warm periods, as well as high resistance to tip burn. It is suitable for cultivation in open field and hydroponics during the spring-autumn period.
When the base of the rosette is cut, the leaves easily separate into portioned pieces, making the variety suitable for use in salad mixes. The plant is intended for the fresh market and professional cultivation.
