The Jabeque variety belongs to the Romaine type (Lactuca sativa var. longifolia). In trials conducted with sowing in late July, the variety showed good general development indicators.
The plant's leaves have a rather dark shade. The variety is included in official variety registers as a breeding development of the company Enza Zaden.
