The variety forms medium-sized plants with bright green leaves. The upright growth type and small base ("heel") facilitate the harvesting process. The produce is intended for sale on the fresh market and is characterized by high resistance to tip burn.
The plant possesses a high level of resistance (HR) to lettuce powdery mildew (races Bl: 29, 30, 33–35, 37, 38, 40, 41EU) and Fusarium wilt (races Fol: 1, 4). Intermediate resistance (IR) to lettuce mosaic virus (race LMV: 1) is also noted.
