The Kenita RZ variety is a Crunchy type lettuce. It combines the juiciness and crunchy texture of iceberg with the sweet taste and leaf shape characteristic of the romaine type.
The plant belongs to the mini crunchy lettuce category. The variety features Knox technology, which helps delay the oxidation and browning of leaf cuts, thereby increasing the shelf life of the finished product.
