The variety was obtained by crossing the Kiribati RZ variety with a breeding line. The plant is characterized by a large rosette size, high growth vigor, and rapid volume accumulation.
It possesses high resistance to downy mildew (races Bl:29–37, 39, 40EU) and aphid (Nr:0), as well as intermediate resistance to lettuce mosaic virus (LMV:1).
