Kiteria (selection code 82-OA1313) is a vigorous plant with good rosette filling. The variety forms high-quality produce, is convenient for harvesting, and is characterized by a long harvest period.
The plant possesses high resistance (HR) to lettuce downy mildew (races Bl:29-41EU) and lettuce aphid (Nr:0). The variety also exhibits marked resistance to leaf tip burn (internal necrosis) and bolting.
Intended for cultivation in protected ground, including greenhouses and tunnels, especially under winter growing conditions. Recommended planting density is 13–16 plants per 1 m². Used for the fresh market.
