The plant has an upright habit, resembling Chinese cabbage in appearance, and reaches a mass of 750–1000 grams. The leaves are large, dark green, succulent, and crisp; the inner parts are tender, while the outer leaves are tougher and covered with a waxy bloom.
The variety is suitable for cultivation in open field and under covers. It is distinguished by its ability to maintain freshness for a long time and withstand transport. Studies note a low tendency for nitrate accumulation and an increased content of vitamin C and provitamin A.
The variety possesses increased resistance to fungal diseases and late formation of flower shoots, which facilitates the cultivation process.
