The variety forms a semi-erect rosette with a diameter of about 25 cm and a plant height of 24 cm. The average mass of one plant is approximately 150 g.
The leaves have a glossy, finely blistered surface. The leaf margin is strongly wavy with frequent small incisions. The variety is intended for fresh consumption.
