Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety forms an upright leaf rosette 15–20 cm in diameter; the weight of a marketable plant ranges from 300 to 500 g. The period from sowing to harvest lasts 40–55 days.

The leaves have a strongly ruffled shape with jagged edges. The color changes from bright green in the center to burgundy or reddish-brown at the edges, with color intensity depending on light exposure.

The variety is resistant to bolting and tip burn. The leaves are tender and juicy, with a nutty flavor and a slight bitterness.

The plant is suitable for cultivation in open field and protected cultivation. All-season growing is permitted, as well as use in "baby leaf" production and multiple harvests using the "cut-and-come-again" technique.
