The variety is early-maturing, technical maturity is reached 35–38 days after emergence. The plant forms a vigorous fan-shaped rosette up to 25 cm high and weighing 250–300 grams. The leaves are large, deep green in color, with a characteristic wavy edge.
The leaf texture is tender, succulent and crisp, the taste is mild with a buttery aftertaste, bitterness is absent. The variety possesses cold hardiness and high resistance to bolting, marginal leaf burn and overmaturation.
Intended for cultivation in open field, greenhouses and hydroponics. Suitable for fresh consumption in salads, side dishes and sandwiches.
